Automotive Parts Specialist

at Peterson BMW!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday with a rotating Saturday shift (Enjoy a day off during the week when you work Saturdays!)

Pay:

Competitive salary plus commission.

What You'll Do:

Customer Support:

Assist retail and shop customers with selecting the right parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.

Product Knowledge:

Inform customers about companion parts and special promotions to ensure they get the best value.

Communication:

Answer calls, provide price quotes, and keep everyone in the loop about special orders and out-of-stock parts.

Order Fulfillment:

Pull and fill orders from stock, manage emergency orders, and ensure timely delivery to the body shop.

Inventory Management:

Track back-ordered parts, manage billing, and keep our stock organized.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

High school diploma or GED required; previous parts experience preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Bilingual candidates are a plus!

Tech-Savvy:

Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook), and CDK experience is a bonus.

Mindset:

Analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Professionalism:

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a professional appearance.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
