Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs while providing exceptional customer service.
Utilize automotive diagnostics skills to identify issues and recommend appropriate services or repairs.
Prepare accurate auto estimates for services, including oil changes, brake repairs, transmission work, and more.
Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle maintenance schedules.
Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
Manage customer accounts effectively.
Stay informed about new automotive technologies and repair techniques to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
Previous high volume independent repair shop experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of automotive service management.
Proficiency in mechanical knowledge.
Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and the ability to interpret diagnostic reports.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Experience in sales or upselling services is highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
