Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning duties for vacation rental properties, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO. Manage laundry tasks, ensuring bed linens, towels, bath mats, and other items are thoroughly dried. Change linens and make beds in all bedrooms as necessary. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other communal areas. Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors, or clean carpets as needed. Dust and wipe down surfaces, including tables, desks, and windowsills. Empty trash cans and replace liners. Restock essential supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and fulfilling special requests.

Skills:

Prior experience cleaning Airbnb properties or hotels is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively address client needs. Knowledge of housekeeping practices for short-term rentals, including checking for missing items, reporting damages, and restocking essentials. High attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Familiarity with proper laundering techniques for linens and towels.
