Experienced Aesthetician / Hybrid Medical Assistant

The Role

We are seeking a skilled, motivated

Experienced Aesthetician / Hybrid MA

for a part-time role with the opportunity to move into full-time. This position allows you to build your own client base while playing an integral role in supporting our physician during clinical appointments and procedures. You will provide advanced treatments while assisting with general clinic operations, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

Clinical / Aesthetic Duties

Perform advanced treatments including but not limited to:

Hydrafacials DiamondGlow BroadBand Light (BBL) treatments Conduct consultations assessing skin health, goals, and treatment plans. Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on pre- and post-care. Provide high-quality facials, peels, BBL, Clear + Brilliant, and other services. Maintain accurate client records in our EHR.

Hybrid Medical Assistant Duties (as needed)

Accompany and assist the physician during pre-op and post-op visits. Prepare rooms, patients, and supplies for in-office procedures such as lasers, Botox, and other injectables. Support patient education and post-procedure care instructions.

Operational / Support Duties

Assist with room turnover and ensuring treatment areas are clean and stocked. Complete patient follow-up communications as needed. Perform laundry, sterilization, and other clinic support tasks. Help where needed to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow.

Business Development / Team Duties

Build and maintain your personal client base. Promote your services while supporting the overall growth of the practice. Collaborate with the aesthetic and surgical team to enhance the patient experience. Maintain and grow a professional Instagram presence showcasing your aesthetic work, including your Instagram handle/link with your application.

Requirements / Qualifications

Licensed Aesthetician in Florida. Minimum of 5 years' experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or a medical spa environment. Skilled in Hydrafacials, DiamondGlow, BBL, and laser treatments. Previous medical assisting or clinical support experience is a plus (or willingness to train). Strong skincare knowledge and ability to educate patients on treatment plans. Professional, polished appearance and excellent communication skills. Portfolio of before-and-after photos and a maintained professional Instagram account required (please provide your handle with your application). Compensation & Schedule

Experience-based hourly rate plus generous commission (your skills deserve to be rewarded). Part-time with the opportunity for full-time in the future.
