We're not just serving coffee and chocolate--we're proving business can regenerate people and planet. Our bean-to-bar chocolate and crop-to-cup coffee come from direct farmer relationships in Nicaragua, representing ethical sourcing and environmental regeneration with every product.

The Role:

Orchestrate our cafe experience--connect guests with products that fit their needs while maintaining operational excellence during service.

What You'll Do:

Guest Operations

Work the floor: proactively engage customers, guide product selection, check in with seated guests Master our complete product line to make informed recommendations (origin stories, tasting notes, production methods) Create experiences that convert first-time visitors into regulars

Service Execution

Manage order flow during peak: coordinate POS, bar handoffs, accurate customer delivery Organize bar operations and maintain flow efficiency Execute rapid table resets after large groups

Facility Support

Maintain cafe cleanliness throughout service Proactive restocking (front and back of house) General cleaning and operational assistance

You Should Have:

Host or barback experience preferred (not required for exceptional candidates) Ability to read guests and anticipate needs under pressure Exceptional attention to detail in fast-paced environments Weekend availability (required) Flexible schedule for 10-20 hours/week

Compensation:

$17/hour + tips

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
