With an eye for detail and a sense of flow, the Expeditor ensures each dish is plated to perfection, delivered at the right moment, and presented with the style and care our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
Review every plate with precision, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and elegance.
Orchestrate timing between the kitchen and service floor so food arrives at the table fresh and synchronized.
Communicate clearly and calmly with cooks, servers, and runners to maintain seamless service.
Keep the expo station polished and organized, embodying the same elegance expected in the dining room.
