Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, manage expenses, and achieve financial goals. Build and mentor a strong team, fostering a positive, service-oriented culture. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the property, attract new guests, and engage with the local community. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and brand standards to maintain operational excellence.

Experience and Skills:

Ideal Candidate:

Proven leadership experience in hotel management, preferably in a boutique or upscale property. Strong business acumen with expertise in financial planning, operations, and guest services. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for inspiring and leading teams. A creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Familiarity with the local market or a willingness to embrace and promote the charm of Exeter and its surrounding areas.
