Job Description


The EVP, Talent Acquisition will enable market leading growth through the development and execution of effective talent acquisition and retention strategies. There are three areas of primary responsibility: national recruitment strategy, regional recruitment team support of regional business plans and the leadership of our Candidate Engagement Center.

  • Optimize service delivery models for clients and talent
  • Drive team career growth, retention, and engagement
  • Spearhead digital talent recruitment for OTS growth
  • Manage expert teams for seamless candidate progression
  • Oversee offshore operations and regional partnerships
  • Collaborate across functions for efficient processes
  • Develop strong partnerships for organizational success
  • Provide strategic input for investments and decisions
  • Engage in national industry organizations and committees
  • Elevate OTS brand awareness through PR and social media.
What you need to bring:
  • 12+ years experience in advanced recruiting of high volume manufacturing, logistics, and/or engineering jobs
  • Proficiency in metrics and reporting best practices for recruiting
  • The ability to lead through influence, introducing new recruiting techniques
  • A history of leading effective teams in the art and science of TA
  • Success in targeting specific candidate personas
  • Background of consistently exceeding budget expectations
  • Resilience and a competitive drive to succeed
  • Proven ability to collaborate within a team environment
  • Skills in decision-making, plan execution, and following direction
  • Creative approach and expertise in social media for audience engagement
  • Proficiency in Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Bachelor\'s degree highly preferred

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate\'s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
