- This job is a training program meant to sculpt a future C-suite executive for to company.
- During training, a canidate will learn about the multifaceted areas of focus in a real estate investment company.
- Trainees will be educated on leadership, organization, team management, time management, finance, construction, and opportunity cost.
- A successful trainee will eventually be promoted to upper management, C-suite roles or possess the skill to start their own company. This largely depends on the selected individuals\xe2\x80\x99 talents.
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
- Starting pay is $20/hr with many opportunities for promotion and transition into salary roles.
- There is an option for on-site housing.
- A high character, highly motivated, self-starter with leadership characteristics and a desire to learn.
- Someone with a passion to learn more about Real Estate.
- Hungry and humble.
- Must Have some leadership experience
- History of volunteering or community service is welcome.
- 8 hour shift
- Springfield, IL 62703: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
