Job Description

Overview:

The Software System Architect, Executive provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for all system engineering and integration efforts related to r the Program Management Office Position, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) products, the Common Operating Environment (COE) initiative, and Army-wide PNT architecture.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for aligning technical strategies with PM PNT and broader Army objectives, driving the adoption of modular and open systems architectures, and ensuring successful achievement of milestone decisions and COE updates. Serves as the primary liaison between PM PNT, ASA(ALT), PEOs, and AFC stakeholders, fostering cross-PEO coordination and synchronization. Oversees the development of concept and requirements analysis, systems design, modeling & simulation, and integration/test strategies, while ensuring robust security practices and effective communication through briefings, reporting, and knowledge management systems.

Qualifications:

Required:

Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Fifteen (15) years of related experience Demonstrated strong leadership skills to guide technical teams, collaborate with stakeholders across multiple PEOs, and contribute to the development of the PNT Enterprise architecture and strategy TS/SCI Clearance
