Duties
Develop and execute outside sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts across various industries.
Engage with potential clients through in-person visits, telemarketing, and networking events to promote our products and services.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements, offering tailored solutions that meet their goals.

Manage sales administration tasks such as preparing proposals, processing orders, updating CRM systems, and maintaining accurate records.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that attract new customers and retain current ones.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify emerging opportunities.
Promote a comprehensive understanding of our offerings in retail sales environments or through direct outside sales efforts.
Support benefits administration initiatives by explaining product features and insurance options when applicable.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is a plus, but we will train the right person.
Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while fostering long-term relationships.
Excellent communication skills--bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse client bases.
Proficiency in sales administration tools such as CRM software, along with analysis skills to interpret sales data and market insights.
Ability to conduct analysis of customer needs and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
Knowledge of marketing principles to craft compelling pitches and promotional materials.
Experience in insurance sales or benefits administration is a plus for roles involving benefit explanations or compliance requirements like HIPAA regulations.
Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward client engagement and problem resolution.
Familiarity with telemarketing techniques for outreach campaigns or lead generation efforts.
