Executive Office Solutions Consultant POSITION PROFILE
Overview:
The Executive Office Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing and expanding Ricoh's existing customer base within the SMB market. This role is 100% telephone-based and requires a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily. The Consultant will engage with office managers, purchasing supervisors, IT personnel, senior business leaders, and business owners to promote Ricoh's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth in the SMB space through a telephone-based sales approach.
Conduct a minimum of 60 outbound B2B calls daily, as determined by territory requirements.
Focus on customer retention and expansion of Ricoh's equipment and service offerings using Ricoh's value proposition.
Perform daily prospecting and maintain detailed records of account activity using Ricoh's CRM system.
Deliver prepared sales presentations and talking points to effectively communicate product and service benefits.
Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service at all times.
Meet or exceed established revenue targets.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic business and financial acumen.
Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B telephone-based account management and development experience.
At least 1 year of inside sales experience with Ricoh.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes.
Ownership and accountability for performance and results.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Demonstrated business acumen and strategic account planning.
