As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of organization, efficiency, and cleanliness throughout the resort. Some duties will include:
Coaching, motivating and training of the Housekeeping staff.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and guests, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to problem solve, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Daily inspections of guest units, common areas for sanitation, order, safety and a comfortable environment.
Ensures that the Housekeeping staff follows established safety regulations in the use of supplies and equipment at all times.
Develops and maintains written policy and procedures for staff.
Evaluates safe work practices in job performance reviews.
Communicate with other department managers and coordinate duties as needed.
Performs other job duties and projects as needed.
Experience/Skill Requirements:
Two (2) years experience in Housekeeping or hotel operations preferred.
Two (2) years supervisory experience required.
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
