We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including hotels, commercial establishments, and residential properties. The Housekeeper will ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards while providing exceptional service to guests and clients.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Supervise and train junior housekeeping staff to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Conduct inspections of cleaned areas to ensure quality control and adherence to housekeeping standards. Address guest requests promptly and courteously while maintaining a professional demeanor. Implement effective cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hospitality environment.

Skills

Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial services within a hotel or commercial cleaning setting is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise a team effectively. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and procedures. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all cleaning tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and staff members. Familiarity with safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
