Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel or hospitality facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, janitorial services, and hospitality operations. This leadership role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficient service delivery Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance levels Oversee room inspections and common area cleanliness, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve any service issues promptly Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Maintain detailed records of housekeeping activities, staffing schedules, and maintenance requests

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial work with a focus on hospitality or industrial cleaning environments Strong background in housekeeping management within hotels or similar settings Expertise in floor care techniques and overall cleaning procedures Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service excellence Ability to develop training programs for staff development and quality assurance Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail Good communication skills for effective coordination with staff and other departments
