Job Summary (Bilingual is a PLUS)

As an Executive Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our establishment maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. You will lead a dynamic team dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for guests while managing all housekeeping operations efficiently. Your expertise in cleaning, floor care, and housekeeping management will be essential as you oversee daily activities, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional cleanliness and service standards are met. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold quality assurance. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability while adhering to budget constraints. Train new housekeeping staff on procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their experience during their stay. Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff performance evaluations and supply usage.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and industrial cleaning practices.

Preferred qualifications

Previous janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
