Serve as the primary point of contact for legal matters and government relations
Foster organizational health, culture, teamwork, and skill development
Support animal care/education efforts as needed, including humane euthanasia

We're looking for a leader who is ethical, transparent, organized, action-oriented, and composed under pressure, with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills--comfortable working in an animal care environment with the physical and environmental demands of shelter work.
