We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Executive Director (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - LNHA)

to lead our exceptional team and continue our tradition of quality care and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, resident-focused leader to make a lasting impact within a respected long-term care facility.

Key Responsibilities



Provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership across all departments of the skilled nursing facility. Ensure compliance with all

federal, state, and local regulations

, including CMS, ODH, and OSHA standards. Foster a

positive, resident-centered culture

that promotes quality outcomes, employee engagement, and family satisfaction. Manage and monitor the facility's

budget, census development, staffing, and overall operational performance

. Lead and mentor department heads and staff through effective communication, goal setting, and ongoing professional development. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare providers, vendors, and community partners. Champion a

safe, welcoming, and enriching environment

for both residents and staff.

Qualifications



Current and active

Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

license required. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. Minimum of

2 years of experience

in long-term care administration or healthcare leadership, preferably in a skilled nursing setting. Proven track record of success in

regulatory compliance, financial oversight, staff leadership, and census growth

. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, mission-driven, and dedicated to person-centered care.
