Job Summary

CAPstone Child Advocacy Center is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the overall administration and management of the organization who is accountable to the Board of Directors. Located in Gering, Nebraska, CAPstone serves 12 counties in the Panhandle with satellite offices in Chadron, Alliance and Sidney. The Director must work out of the Gering office.

Responsibilities

Interview, hire and supervise all center staff, provide team leadership, evaluations and professional development Strategic planning, program development and management Create, implement and review policies and procedures to ensure program effectiveness Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and the public to raise awareness and secure support for CAPstone's mission Develop. monitor, and manage annual budgets, including program and grant budgets Attend Board of Director meetings providing resources and information Serve as a member of the State Chapter of Child Advocacy Centers Maintain all documents necessary to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements Ensure all requirements for Agency Accreditation are maintained and updated as necessary

Qualifications

Proven experience in management or executive leadership roles within a similar sector. Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of successful implementation. Demonstrated ability in senior leadership, including team management and development. Excellent negotiation skills with experience in business development initiatives. Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies. Deep understanding of operations management principles. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degrees are preferred. Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
