Job Description

About the Role



The Executive Director will guide Parenting Time Center through a period of growth and transition, ensuring stability, sustainability, and alignment with our child and family focused mission. This leadership role oversees operations, financial management, and community outreach while capturing institutional knowledge and supporting successful board transitions. The position involves hands-on management with opportunities to outsource tasks for efficiency, as outlined in our succession planning framework.

Key Responsibilities



Operations & Office Management



Human Resources:

Lead hiring, training, payroll auditing, background checks, payroll submission, and scheduling support, ensuring a trauma-informed approach for staff and clients.

Office Management:

Oversee procurement and management of supplies to maintain smooth operations.

Operations:

Coordinate and supervise visits as needed, manage court submissions, communicate with attorneys and judges, and testify in court cases to support families and uphold our mission.

Financial Management



Grants and Fundraising:

Write and report on grants, submit reimbursement requests, and drive fundraising efforts to ensure financial sustainability.

Financial Oversight:

Manage deposits, banking interactions, bill payments, and electronic donations/payments (via platforms like Bloomerang and PayPal) with precision and transparency.

Public Outreach



Deliver impactful public presentations, conduct community trainings, and network with stakeholders to raise awareness of Parenting Time Center's role in supporting youth and families. Attend stakeholder meetings to build partnerships and advocate for our mission.

Strategic Leadership



Implement succession planning by documenting key institutional knowledge, including contacts, donors, and grants, to ensure a seamless transitions. Support an engaged 10-member Board of Directors by updating governance documents, outlining roles, and fostering full participation to drive funding and program expansion. Develop metrics with community partners to measure and communicate our impact on youth and families. Identify outsourcing opportunities for tasks like marketing and operational support to enhance efficiency.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
