What You'll Do:



Lead and support department heads across operations, care, dining, and maintenance Ensure regulatory compliance and exceed company care standards Foster a culture of respect, excellence, and resident-centered service Oversee budgets, staffing, and operational performance metrics Drive staff engagement, training, and retention Serve as the connection point for residents, families, staff, and corporate leadership

What You'll Need:



Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in healthcare, long-term care, or senior living Ensure regulatory compliance and exceed company care standards Foster a culture of respect, excellence, and resident-centered service Oversee budgets, staffing, and operational performance metrics Drive staff engagement, training, and retention Serve as the connection point for residents, families, staff, and corporate leadership
