Duties:

Management of the total Administration, Leadership and Operations of the agency. Implementation of policies set by the Board of Directors, enable the Board to fulfill its governance function and to provide direction and leadership to achieve of the organization's philosophy, mission, program goals, state and federal reporting requirements, grant writing, budget development and management, human resource functions and staff supervision.

Experience

A Doctoral Degree in Social Work or related social service field with at least (5-7) years of Executive Administrative, Leadership, Budgeting, Grant Writing, Human Resource, Federal IRS Reporting and Supervisory experience. Must have excellent communication skills, organizational skills, critical thinking, program evaluation, time management skills and interpersonal skills. A Master of Social Work or a related Social Service field with at least (10-12) years of Executive Administrative, Leadership, Budgeting, Grant Writing, Human Resource, Federal IRS Reporting, Supervisory experience. Must have excellent communication skills, organizational skills, critical thinking, program evaluation, time management skills and interpersonal skills.
Prefer a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
