WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT BECOMING AN EXECUTIVE CMA

You'll have your hand in various aspects of our practice, working with the CEO and COO to handle crucial administrative and patient care responsibilities. This role involves supervisory and hands-on duties, and you'll do what you can to support consistent communication and quality patient care.


Maintaining a comfortable and welcoming environment, you'll treat patients and staff with kindness and respect. You'll oversee the office team while assisting with tasks like scheduling appointments and recording patient information. When you're not assisting with the day-to-day administrative matters, you're helping out with networking initiatives, various health and wellness programs, and whatever else the office needs.


Here's what we need from you:

CMA certification 3+ years of experience as a medical assistant Experience performing executive assistant duties Passion for health and wellness Positive and professional demeanor Ability to speak Spanish -
