Job Overview



Small, established investment wealth management firm is searching for an individual for the position of executive client associate to join our group. We work exclusively with high net-worth families, small businesses, and private foundations in asset management, charitable endowment funding, and retirement and estate planning. Based locally, we provide asset management services through a large national investment and research firm. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to meet and support our business growth. Operational (approx.1/2-2/3 the time):

Learn procedures and operations with large asset movement, account opening and maintaining files and compliance information. Organize and manage documents in both physical and electronic form. Learn to assist with regulatory functions of the investment business. Organize and coordinate client meetings and appointments Work independently to run the operations of our office and be the source of contact and informational resource with our clients.
Marketing and client communications (approx. 1/3 the time):

Social media management. Building an electronic communication protocol for client information Organizing client events Assist in development of blog/vlogs and website management and design. Manage and develop both electronic and physical marketing materials to keep our clients up to date and informed.
Qualifications:

Financial Services or related field experience (accounting, banking, insurance) or Professional Credential(s) for Financial Services industry or related field .Successful Educational background Ability to operate and maintain accounting and expenses spreadsheets Organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Understand MS programs and their applications. Ability in handling sensitive material with integrity and confidentiality Professional demeanor Experience with financial materials and forms a plus but not mandatory Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understand simple social media operations Ability to work independently but follow guidelines.
Salary Range $70,000+

Schedule: Monday through Friday, closed holidays
