I'm hiring a high-performing Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proactive, organized, and able to anticipate needs. You will work closely with me (founder and partner) across multiple companies--Liebo Builders, True Builder, and AGS--taking tasks off my plate, improving systems, and supporting the sales and operational pipelines. This role has significant upward mobility for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
Manage post-lead workflows, follow-ups, and proposal coordination
Improve sales processes, build client-facing materials, templates, and automated follow-ups
Full calendar and email ownership with a focus on prioritization and efficiency
Communicate across multiple departments and companies, gathering information and closing loops
Admin responsibilities including insurance documentation and compliance
Operations overflow support including systems, workflows, and execution follow-through
Optional: Social media oversight and coordination
Light personal administrative support

2-5+ years supporting a founder or C-suite executive in a business-focused environment
