The Executive Assistant to the Bank President provides high-level administrative support to the President and executive leadership team. This role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, handling confidential information, and serving as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant ensures the President's office operates efficiently and professionally, contributing to the overall success of the bank through exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and proactive problem-solving.

Hours:
Hours vary between Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm.
Essential Functions

Serve as a strategic partner to the President, managing schedules, correspondence, and key initiatives.
Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
Draft, proofread, and distribute executive communications, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Screen and prioritize communications and requests for the President.
Support strategic initiatives and assist with research and information gathering.
Initiates orders for title, appraisal, flood certification and insurance as necessary to support loan processing and approval.
Maintain communication with loan processors and customers to ensure timely submission of required loan documents.
Follow up with customers regarding missing or incomplete documentation for loan processing.
Coordinate with internal and external departments to facilitate efficient loan workflow and processing
Assist with tracking loan application progress and providing updates to the President as needed.
Prepare summaries or reports on loan portfolio activity or loan pipeline as requested by the President.
Proactively anticipate the needs of the President, resolving issues before they arise.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Other Duties:
Support branch activities and promotional events to increase customer engagement.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Stay informed about new banking products and services to provide expert guidance.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall branch success.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Maintain documentation required for regulatory and internal audits.
Flag missing or expired documents and coordinate retrieval.
Thorough understanding of commercial, consumer, construction, and conventional loans.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration preferred.
Work Environment & Schedule:
Work is performed in a bank branch setting.
Schedule may include weekends and extended hours, depending on branch needs.
