At Dupper Landscape, we bring creativity and precision together to design, build, and maintain spaces that connect people to the outdoors. Our work goes beyond landscaping - it's about shaping environments that inspire pride and connection in every community we serve.

About the Role
We're seeking an

This is a role for someone who loves solving problems, keeping people aligned, and creating order from chaos. You'll be instrumental in helping our leadership stay focused on what matters most: guiding Dupper Landscape's mission and growth.
What You'll Do
Be the right hand
to executive leadership - manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel while anticipating needs before they arise.
Own organization and flow
- maintain electronic filing systems, manage confidential information, and prepare accurate reports and documents.
Support communication
- draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and represent executives with clarity and professionalism.
Facilitate projects
- coordinate across departments to track deliverables, manage logistics, and ensure deadlines are met.
Plan and execute events
- assist in organizing company meetings, team gatherings, and events that foster culture and connection.
Keep operations running smoothly
- oversee administrative details such as supplies, vendor coordination, and system upkeep.
What You'll Bring
3+ years of administrative or executive support experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Strong organizational skills and an obsession for detail - you can manage multiple priorities without missing a beat.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization.
Tech fluency - comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management or CRM tools (e.g., Asana, HubSpot, Monday.com).
High integrity and discretion - you handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
A collaborative spirit - you bring positive energy, adaptability, and a service mindset to every interaction.
(Preferred) Experience in construction, landscape, or other project-based industries.
(Bonus) Bilingual in English and Spanish.
