Key Responsibilities
Executive & Sales Support
Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for sales executives
Coordinate internal and external calls, demos, and follow-ups
Prepare agendas, notes, and action items for sales meetings
Assist with travel coordination and expense tracking as needed
Sales Operations & Admin
Support pipeline management and CRM updates
Track contracts, signatures, invoices, and payment status
Assist with proposal creation, document organization, and follow-up
Maintain accurate records of client communications and deal stages
Client Communication
Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding scheduling and logistics
Send follow-up emails, reminders, and next-step summaries
Ensure a polished, professional experience for prospects and partners
Cross-Team Coordination
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Accounting teams
Help ensure smooth handoffs from sales to onboarding
Support special projects related to sales initiatives or partner programs
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, sales assistant, or similar role
Experience supporting sales teams or executives in a SaaS or tech environment preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
