The Executive Assistant will:

Deliver administrative support, including calendar management, preparing documents, and organizing meetings to ensure efficient daily operations. Assist with office operations by managing internal communications and coordinating event logistics, contributing to a well-organized work environment. Maintain structured systems for tracking correspondence, records, and office supplies to support smooth workflow and accessibility of information. Collaborate with various internal departments on both administrative and project-based initiatives, fostering teamwork and driving organizational success. Provide backup support to the CEO's Executive Assistant and other executive team members for time-sensitive and administrative needs as required.

This position is located in Rockford, IL. A hybrid work environment will be available for this role, which will be discussed in detail during the interview process.

This Executive Assistant role typically requires the following:

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience: 2-4 years of administrative or office support experience, ideally in a professional or financial services environment

$60,000-75,000

.

However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits.
