This Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting our executive leadership team at Savant Wealth Management, an innovative and fast-growing RIA firm. As a trusted colleague and proactive partner, you'll anticipate executive needs, expertly juggle priorities, and exercise keen judgment to help drive our strategic vision forward. You'll be at the center of critical projects and communications--connecting teams, managing initiatives, and fostering collaboration to advance both executive and firm-wide objectives. In addition to these key responsibilities, you'll mentor and empower the Executive Assistant team, helping elevate our administrative excellence.

In this role, the Executive Assistant will:

Serve as a strategic partner to executives, proactively managing complex schedules, communications, and deliverables to keep the organization moving toward its goals. Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, making informed decisions on behalf of executives with a high degree of autonomy. Evaluate and prioritize issues and opportunities using sound judgment--resolving or escalating as needed to maximize the impact on the organization. Draft, review, and refine executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations to support leadership and board objectives. Orchestrate key meetings and events, including creating agendas, providing facilitation support, and following up on action items to ensure progress and accountability. Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders, consistently representing the executive's perspective and ensuring unified messaging. Mentor fellow administrative professionals, fostering a culture of consistency, quality, and professional growth across the team. Coordinate internal and external events, including managing contracts with vendors, in accordance with Finance's approval guidelines.

This role is fully-remote eligible. This individual will work closely with individuals throughout all of Savant's locations, as well as with external stakeholders.

This role typically requires the following:

Education: Bachelor's degree highly preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting executives. Experience in financial or professional services.

At Savant, we are committed to supporting our employees as well as investing in their well-being and growth. We take a market-based approach to compensation. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $70,000 - 85,000

.

However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits.
