Lion Real Estate Group is searching for a highly motivated, organized, resourceful Executive Assistant with prior job experience to report to our co-owner and managing principal, Jeff Weller, based at our Nashville Office.

Executive Admin Assistant - Job Purpose:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the co-owner of the company in order to ensure effective and efficient business operations.

Executive Admin Assistant - Essential Functions: * Take and distribute minutes at meetings
  • Schedule meetings and dealings with vendors/brokers/investors
  • Welcome guests and facilitate arrivals for meetings
  • Primary point of contact for Nashville corporate office. (answer calls, take messages and transfer to team members as needed)
  • Orders and maintains Nashville corporate office supply inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Make travel arrangements as needed (which may include travel arrangements for owner\'s family)
  • Manage travel and expense reports for the owner ensuring accuracy and adhering to internal and external expense compliance policies
  • Assist with administrative tasks during transitions of buying and selling properties
  • Assist in organizing investment or other company documents
  • Filing of materials and documents and maintaining confidential records and files (electronically and/or tangibly)
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling investor meetings, events, and gifts
  • Works closely with investor relations team to provide administrative support related to investment activities
  • Prepare and mail all US/UPS/Fed Ex packages; Sort and distribute incoming mail at Nashville corporate office
  • Coordinate repairs for office equipment (fax machine, photo copier, etc.)
  • Assists in maintaining the Company\xe2\x80\x99s web presence including company website and posting announcements to LinkedIn
  • May be called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of specific projects, as required
  • Maintains regular and consistent attendance according to required work schedule decided by the Company
  • Provides exemplary customer service to investors, residents, prospects, and guests and represents the Company in a professional manner at all times
Executive Admin Assistant - Required Skills/Abilities:

Executive Admin Assistant - Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years prior experience in executive assistant role in corporate office setting
  • Notary Public Certification preferred but not required
