ABOUT THE POSITION

Provide administrative support to the executive team. Prepare correspondence as needed. Assist with travel arrangements (airfare, car, hotel, meeting room, dinner reservations etc.), expense reports, etc. Maintain calendars, scheduling meetings for executive team. Documenting and Filing meeting minutes for committee's and executive leadership as needed. Assisting with all details/preparations for meetings or business events. Create and maintain central filing system (paper and electronic) for contracts, clients, teaming partners, industry, etc. Screens incoming calls. Handles routine matters and refers others to appropriate staff. Be an effective team member. Handling confidential documents. Maintain open and professional communication between departments within Signature Performance. Always portrays a professional image. Acts as an effective team member Performs other assigned duties.

Position Requirements:




High School Diploma or GED required. 3-4 years prior experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant required Experience answering a multi-line phone system. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment. Personal traits of a high-level commitment, multi-tasker, organizational skills, motivation, energy, team orientation, professionalism, trust, personal honesty and integrity, and a demonstration of placing others in a place of high value
