We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team and provide high-level support to both our leadership and clients.
Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, client communications, and event coordination. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, client-focused, and eager to learn about the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
Input and update client information in company systems with accuracy.
Answer phone calls, manage correspondence, and maintain filing systems.
Scan, upload, and notate client accounts in CRM software.
Schedule client appointments and conduct 90-day follow-up calls.
Provide support to life insurance and investment clients.
Collaborate with the Home Office and outside investment companies regarding client matters.
Assist the Regional Vice President with events, seminar preparation, and client education sessions.
Create professional presentations using PowerPoint and Canva.
Manage website updates, social media engagement, and content creation.
Support planning and execution of financial education events.
Qualifications
Previous administrative or executive assistant experience preferred.
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Calendly.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and social media platforms.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to pass an FBI background check.
Interest in learning the financial services industry (investments, insurance, mortgages).
