The Opportunity:
The Muhammad Ali Center is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Executive Assistant to support our the President & CEO. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in C-Suite level administrative tasks who thrives in a mission-driven, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and flexible with excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work productively in a small office and collaborative environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role will have no supervisory responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the President and CEO and the SVP Operations/COO, including scheduling, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics for meetings and engagements.
Manage the President and CEO's calendar, including appointments, meeting coordination, attendee confirmation, and complex travel arrangements.
Draft, edit, and manage correspondence on behalf of the President and CEO, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication with board members, donors, partners, and staff.
Prepare briefings, meeting materials, talking points, and presentations for the President and CEO, maintaining accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality.
Attend executive and stakeholder meetings as requested and track priorities, decisions, action items, and next steps.
Create and edit presentations, decks, and organizational documents with a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
Compile business expense receipts and prepare expense reports for the President and CEO and the SVP Operations/COO.
Maintain accurate CRM and data tracking to support reporting, donor engagement, and organizational priorities.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree required.
Five or more years of administrative experience supporting a C-suite executive.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Salesforce or an equivalent CRM/database.

Knowledge of the organization's mission, values, and strategic objectives.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
Ability to travel overnight for short periods (1-5 days), as needed.
