We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our leadership team and facilitate operational excellence across the broader organization. The successful candidate will anticipate needs, handle multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Contributing to our strategic goals through meticulous organization, effective communication, and event coordination are key aspects of this role.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Office Operations




Perform comprehensive office operations, including managing supplies and vendor relationships. Coordinate orientation and integration of new hires. Serve as liaison with building management for any announcements or changes.

Administrative Support




Manage travel arrangements, scheduling, and calendar management for leadership, including preparing meeting materials and following up on action items. Process expense reports and oversee general office administrative tasks such as mail handling and managing shared inboxes. Plan and execute company events from conception to completion, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

Marketing and Project Support




Develop and enhance marketing materials and collaborate with vendors for website updates. Oversee compliance reporting and assist with new client onboarding and project management.
