EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO | The Person Who Actually Runs Everything

Dallas, TX | $65,000 - $85,000 + Performance Bonuses + Equity Consideration

THE REALITY:



You won't be fetching coffee. As our

Executive Assistant

, you'll be the operational backbone of one of the

top 10 tax preparation offices in the country

during our most aggressive expansion phase. The CEO needs someone who can think three steps ahead, execute flawlessly, and tell him when he's wrong.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO:



Strategic Operations:

Manage aggressive nationwide expansion of new tax office locations launching by late December

C-Suite Liaison:

Direct interface with CEO and leadership team (Marketing Director, CRM/Web Developer, Head of Accounting, Tax Preparers)

Project Leadership:

Own implementation of enterprise systems (ClickUp/Asana), CRM migrations, and franchise rollout initiatives

Team Coordination:

Manage communication between CEO, Jaden (marketing), Femi (tech), Johnny (accounting), and tax preparers Charles, Leah, and Sandra across tight expansion timeline

Financial Oversight:

Track budgets across multiple locations, prepare financial analyses, coordinate expansion costs and revenue projections

Recruitment Support:

Screen and coordinate hiring for tax preparers and office owners during rapid scaling phase

Marketing Operations:

Support launch campaigns, coordinate with marketing director on multi-location branding and lead generation

Franchise Development:

Assist with owner recruitment, training coordination, and new office setup processes

Documentation:

Prepare agreements, operational procedures, training materials, and franchise documentation

WHO YOU ARE (NO POSERS):



Required:



1+ years as an

Executive Assistant

or supporting C-level executives in

fast-paced, scaling businesses

Proven ability to manage complex projects with competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling) Experience with project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com) Impeccable written communication - you'll create training materials and operational documents Ability to context-switch between franchise development, marketing campaigns, hiring, and office launches without missing a beat

Preferred (Makes You Dangerous):



Tax preparation or accounting services industry experience Franchise or multi-location business operations background Experience scaling service-based businesses rapidly CRM implementation and process optimization (especially for sales/client management) Recruitment and training program development Marketing operations or campaign coordination experience Previous

Pay: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
