Executive Assistant & Show Coordinator

Join Dr. Cleamon Moorer, Jr., award-winning entrepreneur and host of the upcoming Home Health Care Today Show on WMYD TV-20, as a right hand to his teams at both AAHC and ECFD managing a growing healthcare enterprise and exciting new TV platform.

The Role:

You'll split your time between:

Personal assistant duties (calendar, correspondence, admin) Client intake specialist (converting TV, internet, and phone leads into AAHC/ECFD clients) Outreach to potential clients via ongoing calling campaigns Guest liaison (booking and coordinating expert guests for weekly TV show)

You're Perfect If:

Healthcare background (clinical, sales, or admin) Exceptional communication skills Detail-obsessed and follow-through driven Excited about working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Want to be part of something transformative in Detroit healthcare
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
