We are a growing metal fabrication business seeking a
steady, detail-oriented Executive Administrator
to manage front office operations and bring structure, consistency, and accuracy to daily administrative work.
This role is based in the
front office
and is often the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and delivery drivers. The daily volume of in-person traffic is low, allowing the majority of time to be focused on
administrative ownership, organization, and follow-through
.

while also owning the systems that keep internal operations running smoothly.

Visitors are greeted professionally and efficiently
Phone calls and inquiries are handled calmly and routed correctly
Information is captured accurately and documented
Schedules, follow-ups, and paperwork do not rely on memory
Front office operations run consistently day after day
Details are caught before they become problems
Leadership and field teams can move quickly without administrative breakdowns
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional, composed manner
Answer and route phone calls efficiently
Manage emails, messages, and inbound requests
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Manage calendars, scheduling, and follow-ups
Track documents, forms, and required paperwork
Support job tracking, invoicing preparation, and internal coordination
Create and maintain simple systems, checklists, and workflows
Ensure recurring tasks are completed accurately and on time

Experience & Skills
Prior administrative, front office, or operations support experience preferred
Strong organizational and documentation habits
Comfortable with phones, email, calendars, and spreadsheets
Strong written and professional verbal communication skills
High level of reliability, consistency, and follow-through
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
