As a new Executive Administrative Receptionist at North Mississippi Primary Health Care, you can expect a variety of responsibilities that keep the office running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting visitors warmly, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. You will maintain organized records, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date. Additionally, you'll prepare and distribute correspondence as needed, while also supporting the team with various projects. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, providing you with a consistent work routine.
