Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the office
- Manage and maintain office supplies
- Answer phone calls when needed, take messages, monitor and manage emails
- Schedule appointments for the CEO and work hand in hand with the Exectuive Assistant on maintain calendars
- Draft reports
- Assist with data entry, document preparation
- Assist Executive Assistant with scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Provide general administrative support to CEO and Executive Assistant as needed
Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of computerized systems and software (e.g., Excel, Gmail, Word, Docs, Drive, Sheets)
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- High School Dipoloma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff members

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
