Position Overview
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level executive and administrative support to the Regional Director, supporting strategic coordination, correspondence, scheduling, reporting, and executive communications.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
BS/BA degree
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years supporting GS-14/GS-15-level executives
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the Regional Director's calendar, meetings, deadlines, and conference room scheduling.
Draft, edit, and prepare executive correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and briefings.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, interoffice communications, and follow-up actions.
Arrange travel, lodging, and off-site meeting logistics.
Serve as primary or alternate timekeeper for assigned offices.
Track and manage HQ-assigned ESTT suspense items and deadlines.
Support FOIA responses, personnel actions, and executive-level reporting.
Coordinate training requests, calendars, and funding with Mission Support Branch.
Support IT coordination, office supply management, and emergency taskings.
Maintain organized executive filing systems and documentation repositories.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, and Visio
Strong executive-level communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Personnel must meet suitability and background requirements before reporting.
Business Casual attire is required at a minimum.
