Responsibilities:

Provide health care services in patients' residences Perform domestic and household tasks Accompany patients to doctor's appointments Assist with errands, as needed Help clients with personal care Monitor patients and report on their condition

Requirements:

Active HHA Certification in the state of New York Government Issued ID, Social Security Card & Work Authorization, if needed 2 Recommendation Letters Recent Physical TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred) Flu shot Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work Chain of Custody Drug Screen no older than 6 months Exceptional staff training and customer service skills Compassionate and friendly demeanor
