Summary:

Responsible for performing a variety of daily operational functions as well as assisting with projects, audits, and acquisitions. Providing timely, courteous information to customers and bank personnel. Processing and balancing assigned bank applications in accordance with bank policy and procedures.

This position will also be responsible for working POS/Debit Card disputes through Centrix and providing NTID support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

:

Respond to maintenance and research requests from other departments with efficiency, courtesy, and patience. Reconcile related bank general ledger accounts. Work closely with vendors and IT staff to resolve application issues. Daily processing for NSFs, Chargebacks, Positive Pay, Non-Post, and Correspondent and Fed adjustments. Assign control over the workflow to meet deadlines. Handles complex or unusual problems from dissatisfied customers and employee. Monthly maintenance for LGIP rates. Teller, Saving's Bond, CD & IRA Settlement Corrections. Handling POS fraud/non fraud disputes for customers Adding/deleting account for OLB customers, changing NTID status

Education and/or Experience

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. 2+ years of banking/operations experience required.
