We are seeking a detail-oriented Excel Data Specialist to join our team
in-office
. This role is focused on financial and data reporting using Excel. The analyst will manage dashboards, monitor key trends, and deliver timely insights to leadership.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Build, update, and maintain dashboards in Excel (new and existing).
Pull, organize, and analyze data from systems such as our ATS, HRIS, and CRM.
Track and report on key business metrics, including productivity, wins, and financial performance.
Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, monthly flash reports.
Identify and alert leadership to trends or shifts in the data (positive or negative).
Provide clear and concise updates to leadership with data-driven insights.
Use advanced Excel formulas and tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, etc.) to analyze data.
Requirements and Preferred Experience:
Strong expertise in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards).
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to identify trends and communicate insights effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Comfortable working with multiple data sources and platforms (ATS, HRIS, CRM).
Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to leadership.
2+ years of experience in data analysis or reporting role.
Experience in financial and business performance reporting.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint?and Calendar
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or Computer Engineering
