1.
Ensure at all times
operating principles are being adhered to:
a. Clean - Keep all areas clean and pristine.
b. Safe - Follow all safety policies and procedures.
c. Friendly - Use customer courtesy
skills to
provide superior guest service.
d. Fun - Have fun! Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards.
2. Interact with all guests and employees to positively affect interactions with guests and team
members, and
demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
3. General cleaning and polishing of all slot machines, gaming tables, windows, walls, stairs, tables, escalators, elevators, or any surface which may need to be cleaned.
4. Cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and general care of all floors and
carpet
.
5. Cleaning, disinfecting and stocking of all restrooms.
6. Removal of trash and debris from all
pavilion
and casino areas including but not limited to gaming devices, tables, chairs, ashtrays, floors, and any other surfaces which may need to be cleaned.
7. Empty, wash, and reline trash receptacles as needed, and transport trash to dumpsters as needed.
8. Cleaning and disinfecting of any spills, human waste, or garbage as needed to maintain all public areas in clean and sanitary
condition
.
9. Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees.
10. Other duties as assigned
