We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Event Operations & Delivery

person to join our team on a

per diem/as-needed

basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, flexible scheduling, and helping bring events to life!

What You'll Do

Deliver, set up, and break down rentals

(marquees, props, backdrops, etc.) with care and professionalism

Transport items safely

to and from client locations

Ensure on-time delivery, setup, and pickup

for events (We serve all of Massachusetts with majority of jobs in Boston)

Follow setup instructions

precisely to maintain high design and quality standards

Work with our team or independently

depending on the event

Requirements

Clean driving record

(must be comfortable driving regularly)

Must live on the South Shore, preferably near Pembroke

Reliable transportation required

(SUV or truck strongly preferred) Ability to lift, load, and transport equipment (upto 50 lbs) Flexible availability, including some early mornings, evenings, or weekends Professional, punctual, and able to represent the brand positively

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
