Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience
Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and no prior work experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
A valid Driver's License and insurable driving record is required.
Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business or related field preferred; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Knowledge of CRM systems preferred. Experience in collegiate conference and events field preferred. Knowledge of university policies and procedures preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Detail-oriented and have strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work with constant interruptions.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
Ability to use phone, fax, computers and virtual meeting applications.
A valid Driver's License and insurable driving record is required.
Based on the needs of the department, this position requires the ability to work nights and/or weekends.

Maintains accurate records of all registrants in databases and prepares regular client reports. Prepares name badges and other related items for use on site.
