We are looking for highly motivated candidates with excellent customer service skills for the position of Event Staff for weddings & events. Our Event Staff is responsible for working under the instructions of our Venue and Day-Of Coordinator, assuming the role of setting up all event details (such as tables, chairs, benches, centerpieces, linens, furniture and other d\xc3\xa9cor items), assisting vendors, welcoming guests, supporting all venue operations throughout the entire event and cleaning and closing of the venue. Moreover, Event Staff needs to constantly be on their feet and attend to the many needs of clients and guests, requiring physical stamina and high energy levels. Event Staff Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Setting up venues for events, including seating, tables and d\xc3\xa9cor \xc2\xb7 Working as and ensuring that seating arrangements adhere to itineraries & layouts \xc2\xb7 Working under the instructions of our Venue Coordinators \xc2\xb7 Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized. \xc2\xb7 Adhering to event safety standards. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring excellent levels of customer service. \xc2\xb7 Assuming the role of venue greeter and welcoming guests. \xc2\xb7 Setting up lighting and other d\xc3\xa9cor options \xc2\xb7 Inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking it against an inventory list. \xc2\xb7 Packing up all items when the event is completed. \xc2\xb7 Cleaning and closing of venue, restrooms and grounds Event Staff Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Outstanding organizational skills. \xc2\xb7 Diligence and attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. \xc2\xb7 Physical stamina and high energy levels. \xc2\xb7 Good problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to perform under stress. \xc2\xb7 Excellent multitasking ability. \xc2\xb7 Conflict management skills. \xc2\xb7 Be able to lift 50+ pounds Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $15.00 per hour Schedule:
