Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of various events, providing exceptional customer service, and creating memorable experiences for guests. This position requires individuals who are adaptable, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place. Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during events. Manage guest services effectively, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout the event. Support event management teams in coordinating activities and logistics for seamless operations. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, especially in environments involving children or aquatic activities if applicable (lifeguard experience is a plus). Collaborate with food service teams to maintain high standards of hospitality during events.

Skills

Strong background in events management to facilitate successful event execution. Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with professionalism. Exceptional customer service abilities to enhance guest experiences. Experience with guest services in hospitality settings such as resorts or theaters is highly desirable. Proficiency in cash handling procedures to ensure accurate financial transactions. Previous experience working with children is beneficial for family-oriented events. Standing for long periods of the day.
Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
