We are looking for motivated and charismatic drivers/servers to join our local Krew. We're looking to fill part-time positions. Drivers must be at least 18 years old. This is a fast-paced and fun job in a growing company where each day will never be like the last. We participate in a wide variety of local activities, such as school events, sports, games, tournaments, large festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, weddings, birthdays, and other unique events.





Kona Ice drivers need to have flexible schedules with a focused priority on meeting the needs of our customers. If you consistently ask for more hours, step up to fill in for others when needed, and want to make a lot of money then working here is a perfect fit. Working with children is non-negotiable.





The Kona Event Specialist/Driver, oversees and manages the success of events. You will drive/operate a one-of-a- Kona ice unit and provide a memorable experience, by spreading fun, and delivering smiles while giving back to our communities. As a Kona Ice Event Specialist/Driver you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of brand standards, operate all Kona Ice units, and contribute to the success of Kona Ice of Central Anaheim. Events will primarily center within Anaheim (Downtown), Orange and Walnut/Diamond Bar (but not limited to those areas).

Responsibilities:

Represent the Kona Ice brand by delivering a memorable experience and outstanding customer service Responsible for operating Kona Ice equipment and maintaining trucks and equipment to brand standards Maintain a clean driving record, and adhere to company driving and text policy Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment and work well with other team members Drive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteously Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy Take orders and responsibly handle cash and credit card transactions to customer satisfaction Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines Perform basic cleaning of trucks/commissary Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff Transport Kona Ice units from commissary/warehouse to event on time and with all inventory necessary for the event Maintain truck and commissary/warehouse expectations, and cleanliness of working environment Contribute to a positive work environment, and provide ongoing feedback to improve it Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 18 years of age with valid driver's license with min. 2 years driving experience. Strong self-initiative, and problem solving Clean driving record (no exceptions) Large vehicle/food truck experience or towing skills are a plus Reliable transportation Min. High School diploma Excellent customer service and communication skills Open availability/weekends required Be able to manage time effectively, arrive on time and be flexible if event requires additional time on site Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 lbs. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) Food Handlers Certification Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
